FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What type of paper are the images printed on?  We use exquisite quality Giclee 310gsm matt papers that have a delicately textured surface.

Are the prints mounted? No our prints are supplied unmounted.

Can you supply custom sized prints? We maybe able to depending on your requirements, please submit your request via our 'contact' tab.

How long will my order take to arrive? 
We print to order so please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch.  Orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery.

Can I return my order?
We are a family run business and print to order, the prints are very delicate and items returned will invarably not be in the same condition that we dispatched them in, therefore we do not accept returns if you have changed your mind. However, we do want you to be entirely happy with you order, so if you are not satisfied with the condition that your product(s) have arrived in, please do contact us to discuss.
